Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item), Oclanes will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

If an exchange request is made for reasons other than product defects or delivery errors, shipping charges may be borne by the customer where applicable.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged.

These include products that:

Refund Processing

Prepaid Orders

For orders paid online through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other electronic payment methods, approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. However, actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through:

  • UPI Transfer
  • Bank Transfer

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, packed for shipment, or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

In cases where cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used during checkout.

Return Inspection and Approval
